Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2012
As we approach the Christmas season and our thoughts turn to family and friends, I extend the warmest of holiday greetings to all members of the Junior Canadian Rangers (JCR) Programme including JCRs, military personnel, Unit Public Affairs Representatives (UPARs), Adult Committee members, volunteers, family members and our many friends across the country.
Again, the year just ending has required a total commitment from the Canadian Rangers Patrol Groups (CRPGs) across Canada. Your outstanding work has brought the JCR Programme recognition and appreciation from young people throughout Canada.
I want to thank each and every one of you for your enthusiasm, your profes-sionalism, your hard work and your contribution to the programme, which have made such a difference this year.
Over this holiday season I hope you find time to relax and connect with your loved ones.
